Owned and operated by Radio CJFP (1986) ltée (part of Groupe Radio Simard), it broadcasts at 103.7 MHz with an effective radiated power of 60,000 watts using an omnidirectional antenna (class C). The station features an adult contemporary format under the CIEL branding. However, the station also airs some oldies programming on weekends.
