Inició sus emisiones regulares el 15 de enero de 2014. Nuestro principal objetivo es brindar a los oyentes, programas radiales con calidad y talento, que permitan motivar la apropiación de los habitantes de Rumiñahui al Cantón y a esta emisora, promocionando nuestra cultura, valores, patrimonio e identidad.
