WNRN is Virginia's community radio station, based in Charlottesville and broadcasting to seven different markets all over the state. WNRN focuses on a Triple A format with core artists like U2 and Coldplay, and mixes those with up and coming independent and local acts. WNRN has an Americana and Folk-based morning show called Acoustic Sunrise and specialty shows each night and on weekends. WNRN is funded by listener contributions and business sponsorship.
